FAQ

Q1 ~ When will I receive my computer?
Answer ~ Before we ship a computer, we have to build the computer and test all of the components. Which means a computer will be shipped within four weeks.

Q2 ~ Do you offer financing?
Answer ~ No, not at the moment.

Q3 ~ What is the warranty?
Answer ~ Our warranty covers the computer for 1 year. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, neglect, or operating system/software issues.

Q4 ~ Where is my computer coming from?
Answer ~ Your computer is hand built and tested in the K & B Tech shop(207 Connolly
Marysville OH 43040). All of the components from the computer from Newegg, and Petra's Tech Shop.

Q6 ~ Do you offer support?
Answer ~ We only offer support for computers bought through us, and must be hardware related. If you are having issues with software, please contact the software's Customer Support.
